To made Titanium Vessel for boiling nitride salt in mould hardening process. The vessel will be made from titanium Gr-2 plate thickness 10 mm, was rolled, assembly and weld to the cylindrical vessel with ellipse bottom. The welding process was done by TIG welding with special back up shield to made perfect root welding. All welding was pass radio graphic test which required special technique for welding.
