To control Quality Prolog have process to test both chemical and mechanical
properties. For chemical properties, Prolog has procedure to send sample for
spectroscopic test by independent laboratory in USA. The light element such as
C,O,N can be measure and report follow ASTM standard which can't proceed within
Thailand. For mechanical properties, Prolog also have procedure to test tensile
and bending by official laboratory and all raw-material will be tested by ultrasonic
testing machine to detect deflection in the material to ensure the best quality of
titanium products.
