Plate Heat Exchanger is best thermal conductivity heat exchanger type. To used titanium for plate and port, we can increase more corrosion resistance and also more thermal conductivity to lead best efficiency of this type of heat exchanger.

To heating acid solution, titanium can be used by pass hot water or steam through titanium bending coil. By good thermal conductivity, titanium will transfer heat to acid efficiency and also have best corrosion resistance

Titanium pipe is use for transfer acid in electroplating process. Titanium pipe have very good corrosion resistance than SS316L which more valuable to use and maintenance free.
