Aluminums are most popular material to made common part because they are easy to cast, machine or extrude but aluminums have very soft surface and easy to scratch. To harden aluminum surface, called Anodizing Process which let aluminum form oxide layer on the surface. Titanium widely use to made rack, jig and fixture to clamp or racking aluminum part for anodize process. By special phenomena of Titanium dioxide layer which still conduct electrical and let electron pass through the aluminum part, so titanium becomes very importance material in anodizing process. By electro chemical of titanium oxide layer which can conduct electrical, titanium will be best material to made titanium jig for aluminum anodized process. To used titanium jig you can reduce process time and have best endurance of jig which lead more profit for anodized industry.
Finger to clamp work piece in aluminum anodized process. Normally same as jig but finger can be change by using titanium fastener.

Titanium tube coil chillers have good corrosion resistance from sea water and sulfuric acid so titanium chiller will be applied to anodized chiller and seawater chiller. Titanium also has better thermal conductivity than stainless steel which let titanium more competitive to use than stainless steel.
By special technique we can lining copper bus bar with titanium tube to protect copper from corrosion but still have best electrical conductivity of copper.
